Internship → Full-Time Role

• Duration: 3–6 months, full-time.

• Conversion: Perform at a high level, and you’ll receive a fast-tracked offer for a permanent Software Engineer role—with competitive salary, benefits, and ownership of key product modules.

What You’ll Do

• Ship production code. Build and refine features using Laravel/PHP, React, Vue, Node.js, and modern tooling (Git, Docker, CI/CD).

• Write clean, testable modules. Pair with senior engineers on TDD, code reviews, and refactoring.

• Debug & optimize. Trace issues, profile performance, and propose solid fixes.

• Learn in public. Join daily stand-ups, architecture reviews, and weekly tech talks.

• Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with QA, design, and product to turn specs into user-ready experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Core fundamentals. Solid grasp of PHP and object-oriented design.

• Web basics. Comfort with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and RESTful APIs.

• Growth mindset. Eagerness to learn Laravel, React, Vue, Node.js, or any new framework thrown your way.

• Team orientation. Clear communication and a drive to solve problems together.

• Education. BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (fresh grads welcome).
