What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top engineering and development talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure we have highly qualified candidates ready to go when urgent hiring needs arise.
  • Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions accordingly.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and referrals.
  • Stay ahead of recruitment trends and continuously optimize hiring strategies to attract top tech talent.
  • Promote ByteTuned Technologies as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, growth opportunities, and exciting projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing tech company or startup.
  • Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, DevOps, AI/ML, Laravel/PHP, etc.).
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and build relationships with top developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying ahead of tech hiring trends and continuously improving recruitment processes.
