Your Mission
Own ByteTuned’s voice across every major social channel. You will set the strategy, plan the calendar, create the posts, and measure the impact. From latest trends, insights, and case studies to behind-the-scenes dev culture, your work will show clients and talent why ByteTuned is the team to build with.
What You’ll Do

Run day-to-day social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.

Build a rolling 30-day content calendar that spotlights company culture, fresh tech insights and trends, client case studies, testimonials, and key announcements.
- Help assemble briefs, pull competitive examples, and prepare client decks for paid-media marketing.

Write sharp, on-brand copy and coordinate visuals (Canva / Figma / Adobe Express).

Partner with engineers, designers, and recruiters to turn their insights into posts.

Track daily performance in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads Manager. Turn data into simple takeaways for the team.
- Monitor brand mentions, respond to comments, and flag issues that need escalation.

Support paid campaigns and iterate on targeting for reach and engagement.

Jump on emerging tech trends, AI breakthroughs, developer-community buzz, and conference highlights, weaving them into our content.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

6+ months running social media for a company or agency.

Clear, concise English writing and an eye for storytelling.

Comfortable juggling multiple platforms and deadlines.

Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools (nice to have, not required).
Extra credit

Experience in marketing tech or B2B services.

Proven record of organic followers and engagement growth.

Community-management know-how.
