What You’ll Do

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with a team of developers, business analysts (BA), project managers (PM), and quality assurance (QA) to deliver high-quality business software applications.
• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components for large, data-driven applications.
• Feature Development: Review feature requests, provide constructive feedback, and implement new features or maintain existing ones for web applications.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges, share ideas, and continuously improve project outcomes.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve application performance by profiling databases, optimizing queries, and refining code.
• Cloud-Based Solutions: Design and implement cloud infrastructure (primarily on AWS) for secure, scalable, and efficient applications.
• Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards, ensure security, and follow best practices like SOLID principles and TDD.
• Documentation: Write clear and concise documentation for your development process, including technical components and project workflows.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web development and actively bring innovations to the team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with Laravel and Vue/React framework.
• 5+ years of experience developing custom business applications.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English. Your first interview will be conducted via Zoom.
• Must be dedicated, passionate, and hard-working. A positive attitude is essential.
• Able to work effectively with a team and collaborate remotely. Hard workers and self-starters are encouraged to apply.
• Looking for a creative and efficient problem solver who thrives on challenges.

Expertise:

• Backend Expertise: Advanced knowledge of core PHP and Laravel, including Middleware, Collections, Policies, Requests, Resources Service Containers, etc.
• Frontend Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency with React.js or Vue.js.
  • Experience with frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
  • Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, VueX, or Pinia.
  • UI component libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Vuetify, or Quasar.
• API Development: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Experience with GraphQL is a bonus.
• Database Management: Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and query optimization.
• Testing: Expertise in testing tools like PEST, PHPUnit, PHPSpec, and Behat, with a focus on TDD.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS services for scalable, cost-efficient solutions.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc., and experience in Agile development environments.
• OAuth and JWT Tokens: Experience with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT is a plus.
• Third-Party Integrations: Active experience integrating custom code with third-party web services.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience with modern tools, microservices architecture, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
